Teen girl hospitalized after late-night north side double shooting near 17th Street and Capitol Drive

A 15-year-old girl was injured in a shooting late Thursday night on Milwaukee’s north side, in an incident investigators described as a double shooting near North 17th Street and West Capitol Drive.
