Lineup changes add five acts and reshuffle multiple days

Milwaukee Metal Fest has revised its daily schedule for its 2026 edition, adding Death Angel, Vio-lence, Green Jellÿ, Still Stayer and Vacant Voice while shifting several previously announced set placements. The festival is scheduled to run June 5–7, 2026 at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom, with a pre-party set for June 4.

The adjustments were triggered by a tour commitment affecting Iron Reagan. Organizers moved Iron Reagan from Friday to Saturday. As a result, Death Angel has been slotted into Iron Reagan’s former Friday position, with the band set to perform a special “Act III” set. Vio-lence was also added to Friday’s bill. In another change, Incite was moved from Sunday to Friday, creating openings on the final day that were filled by Green Jellÿ, Still Stayer and Vacant Voice.

Where the weekend stands: headliners and dates

The 2026 festival’s headliner day splits remain anchored by Acid Bath on Friday, Killswitch Engage on Saturday, and Ministry on Sunday. The event returns to The Rave/Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee and is structured as a multi-day program with performances expected across multiple stages in the venue.

  • Thursday, June 4, 2026: Pre-party (scheduled in advance of the festival weekend)

  • Friday, June 5, 2026: Headlined by Acid Bath; Death Angel added to Friday with a special “Act III” set; Vio-lence added to Friday; Incite shifted to Friday

  • Saturday, June 6, 2026: Headlined by Killswitch Engage; Iron Reagan moved to Saturday

  • Sunday, June 7, 2026: Headlined by Ministry; Green Jellÿ, Still Stayer and Vacant Voice added to fill new openings

What changed—and why it matters for scheduling

Festival lineups often evolve as touring calendars shift and routing conflicts emerge, and Milwaukee Metal Fest’s latest revisions reflect those realities. Moving Iron Reagan to Saturday reshapes the flow of the weekend for fans planning single-day attendance, while the additions of Death Angel and Vio-lence expand the festival’s thrash-metal representation on Friday. The Sunday additions, meanwhile, address gaps created by the movement of Incite and help stabilize the day’s opening stretch of performances.

Milwaukee Metal Fest is scheduled for June 5–7, 2026 at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom, with a pre-party on June 4.

Further updates are expected as the festival continues to roll out programming details, including additional artist announcements and any subsequent day-by-day adjustments.
